Who Am I

After my excellent degree, I was able to build on my deep software engineering experience and take on a variety of roles in consulting that always challenged me in new ways. Whether digital transformation, migration, large software projects and management, I have seen different programs and led projects. Not everything was pretty and a lot could be improved. Often there were delivery problems and delays. Employees were underutilized, demotivated and didn't know why they were doing something.

This is exactly where I would like to pick up and bring about changes - and often this way can only be done through organizational changes. My goal is therefore: to profit from my experience and to make the future better and more efficient.
